Dee Kelly has been on the faculty at HVC since its inception in 1994. She grew up training in ballet, jazz and tap at the Rockland School of performing arts and Coupe dance studio. After high school, Dee continued her training at HVC under the instruction of Samuel E. Wright, Amanda Wright, Pamela Murphy, Hilda Morales and Paige Cummings.

Dee has gone on to peform in regional productions of Play On!, The Wiz, All my Sons, Raisin in the Sun and made her Broadway debut in the First National tour of Disney's AIDA. Her TV credits include SNL and VH1 Divas Live. She is also an original company member of Valley Contemporary Dance Company under the direction of Paige Cummings.

Trained in RAD, Dee’s ballet class focuses on proper technique and alignment while still allowing for focus on movement quality. Her goal in the studio is to always bring out the best in her students and to create a well- rounded performer.

Dee is a proud member of the Actors Equity Association and the Director of HVC's Pre Professional Dance Program.
