Denise Summerford is an award winning Broadway Actress and the founder of Broadway Arts Collective. She has appeared in 4 Broadway shows, 6 Broadway National and International Tours and numerous Off Broadway productions. Denise has worked in more than 15 regional theatres all over the country and can be heard on many cast recording, jingles and voice overs. Denise won a Drama Desk Award for her work in the hit a cappella musical IN TRANSIT where she created the role of Jane and has drawn praise from around the music scene with her solo show COVER GIRL. She has been studying voice since high school under many master voice teachers in NY and NJ and has a BFA in Acting. She has taught audition technique, musical theatre, theatre dance and vocal master classes at many universities and acting academies. She is a proud member of Actors’ Equity Assoc, SAG/AFTRA, AGVA and NATS (National Assoc of Teachers of Singing).
